Celem porozumienia jest utworzenie linii badawczej mikroskopii absorpcyjnej w\u00a0zakresie podczerwieni (FTIR) wraz z obrazowaniem w Narodowym Centrum Promieniowania Synchrotronowego\u00a0SOLARIS.<\/strong> Nowa linia badawcza umo\u017cliwi wykonywanie analiz chemicznych w skali mikro i bada\u0144\u00a0oddzia\u0142ywa\u0144 mi\u0119dzymolekularnych w zakresie \u015brodkowej (MIR) i dalekiej (FIR) podczerwieni, co pozwoli na podj\u0119cie\u00a0nowej jako\u015bci prac badawczych, rozwojowych i aplikacyjnych w szerokim zakresie bada\u0144 w biomedycynie,\u00a0nanotechnologii, nauk o \u015brodowisku i wielu innych dziedzinach nauki. W szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci, zaprojektowanie infrastruktury\u00a0aparaturowej FTIR pos\u0142u\u017cy zespo\u0142om badawczym skupionym wok\u00f3\u0142 Jagiello\u0144skiego Centrum Rozwoju Lek\u00f3w (JCET)\u00a0Uniwersytetu Jagiello\u0144skiego do kontynuacji bada\u0144 biomedycznych podejmowanych w ramach projekt\u00f3w obejmuj\u0105cych\u00a0poszukiwanie nowych mechanizm\u00f3w farmakoterapeutycznych, rozw\u00f3j lek\u00f3w, wyznaczania zmian biochemicznych kom\u00f3rek i narz\u0105d\u00f3w w toku rozwoju chor\u00f3b cywilizacyjnych w modelach zwierz\u0119cych, w uk\u0142adach <em>in vitro<\/em> i <em>ex vivo<\/em>, kt\u00f3re\u00a0obecnie prowadzone s\u0105 z wykorzystaniem standardowej spektroskopii FTIR, o zbyt ma\u0142ej rozdzielczo\u015bci i czu\u0142o\u015bci do\u00a0badania mechanizm\u00f3w subkom\u00f3rkowych i subtelnych zmian biochemicznych na poziomie tkankowym. Konkurencyjno\u015b\u0107\u00a0tego typu bada\u0144 wymaga zastosowania synchrotronu, jak to si\u0119 obecnie prowadzi w wiod\u0105cych o\u015brodkach na \u015bwiecie, kt\u00f3re\u00a0pozwalaj\u0105 uzyska\u0107 konfokaln\u0105 mikroskopi\u0119 FTIR o znaczenie zwi\u0119kszonej czu\u0142o\u015bci i rozdzielczo\u015bci przestrzennej w\u00a0stosunku do standardowej mikroskopii FTIR.\u00a0Na budow\u0119 nowej linii planowane jest pozyskanie finansowania ze \u017ar\u00f3de\u0142 zewn\u0119trznych.<\/p>\n<p><strong>W ramach JCET za realizacj\u0119 postanowie\u0144 porozumienia b\u0119dzie odpowiada\u0142a Grupa Badawcza Spektroskopii Ramanowskiej.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>W dniu 09.11.2015 r. zosta\u0142o podpisane porozumienie pomi\u0119dzy Narodowym Centrum Promieniowania Synchrotronowego SOLARIS i JCET.
