LSRII Flow Cytometer (Becton Dickinson) allows cell phenotype evaluation based on the light scattering properties (cell size and granulation) as well as on the fluorescence intensities. The instrument allows the analysis of 10 fluorescence and two morphological parameters of a single cell.

Bioplex workstation (BIO-RAD) represent a novel technology of biological samples labeling which uses antibody-coated polystyrene beads separated to fractions by the method similar to flow cytometry. This device allows labeling of up to 100 various proteins, peptides, DNA or RNA fragments and other molecules in one blood sample of 50 μl volume (50 μl of blood sample).

Fully automated GEMINI system (Stratec Biomedical Systems) allows a fully automated performing of all stages of the enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The device can control the pipetting accuracy by three various methods. It is equipped with two standard ELISA test readers (including fluorescent one).
